1. Coordinate services and events to enhance the client experience.
2. Manage schedules for services, events, and team coverage.
3. Support team development by coaching team members to improve service skills and promote loyalty programs.
4. Deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences to achieve sales goals.
5. Execute daily operations, including inventory management, store standards, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
6. Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect Sephora's brand and promotional guidelines.
7. Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
8. Uphold Sephora's standards by following company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

1. 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.

1. Strong client service orientation and passion for team development.
2. Ability to coach and guide store team members effectively.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
5. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.

$22.00 - $27.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and location.
