- Coordinate services and events to enhance the client experience.
- Manage schedules for services, events, and team coverage.
- Support team development by coaching team members to improve service skills and promote loyalty programs.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences to achieve sales goals.
- Execute daily operations, including inventory management, store standards, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect Sephora's brand and promotional guidelines.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
- Uphold Sephora's standards by following company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.
- Strong client service orientation and passion for team development.
- Ability to coach and guide store team members effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.
$22.00 - $27.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and location.
