1. Support all aspects of sales and service initiatives to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
2. Coordinate paid services, events, and classes within the store.
3. Implement and support loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
4. Manage cash handling processes to ensure smooth and efficient checkout experiences.
5. Train store team members on service offerings and customer experience strategies.

1. Prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role.

4. Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
5. Consistent and reliable attendance.

Prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role, is required.

$16.50 - $23.27 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
