1. Coordinate services and events to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Manage schedules for services, events, and team coverage.
3. Support team development by coaching team members to enhance service skills.
4. Promote loyalty programs and support brand initiatives.
5. Deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences.
6. Contribute to achieving sales goals through exceptional service.
7. Execute daily operations including inventory management, store standards, and cash handling.
8. Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect Sephora’s brand and promotional guidelines.
9. Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
10. Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and creating a safe shopping experience.

1. 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.
2. Passion for client service and teamwork.
3. Ability to coach and guide store team members effectively.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
3. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
4. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.

$24.00 - $29.40/hr, dependent on qualifications and experience.
