1. Support all aspects of sales and service initiatives to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
2. Coordinate paid services, events, and classes within the store.
3. Implement and support loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
4. Manage cash handling processes to ensure a smooth checkout experience.
5. Train store team members on service offerings and customer experience standards.

1. Prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role.
2. Passion for client service and teamwork.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
5. Consistent and reliable attendance.

Previous experience in retail sales and service, ideally in a coordinator capacity, is required.

$24.00 - $29.40 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
