1. Coordinate services and events to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Manage schedules for services, events, and team coverage.
3. Support team development by coaching team members to enhance service skills.
4. Deliver exceptional service and personalized client experiences.
5. Execute daily operations including inventory management, store standards, and cash handling.
6. Maintain visual standards through visual merchandising.

1. 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.

1. Strong client service orientation and teamwork skills.
2. Ability to coach and guide store team members effectively.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
5. Ability to quickly learn and share product knowledge.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.

$16.50 - $23.27/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including relevant qualifications and experience.
