1. Coordinate services and events to enhance the in-store experience.
2. Manage schedules for services, events, and team coverage to ensure seamless client interactions.
3. Support team development by coaching team members to enhance service skills and promote loyalty programs.
4. Deliver exceptional service by providing personalized client experiences and contributing to sales goals.
5. Execute daily operations including inventory management, store standards, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
6. Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect Sephora’s brand and promotional guidelines.
7. Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, promoting a sense of empowerment among staff.
8. Uphold company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.

1. 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.
2. Passion for client service, teamwork, and supporting team development.
3. Ability to coach and guide store team members effectively.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
6. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
7. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

$16.50 - $23.27 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
