- Coordinate services and events to enhance the in-store experience.
- Manage schedules for services, events, and team coverage to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Support team development by coaching team members to enhance service skills and promote loyalty programs.
- Deliver exceptional service by providing personalized client experiences and contributing to sales goals.
- Execute daily operations, including inventory management, store standards, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain visual standards by assisting with visual merchandising to reflect Sephora’s brand and promotional guidelines.
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness and empowerment.
- Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and creating a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.
- Passion for client service, teamwork, and supporting team development.
- Ability to coach and guide store team members effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.
$15.50 - $20.50/hr, with the actual hourly pay dependent on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
