1. Coordinate services and events to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Manage schedules for services, events, and team coverage.
3. Assist in coaching team members to enhance service skills and promote loyalty programs.
4. Provide personalized client experiences and contribute to achieving sales goals.
5. Support inventory management, store standards, and administrative tasks.
6. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure brand and promotional guidelines are met.
7. Promote a culture of openness and inclusivity.
8. Ensure adherence to company policies and create a safe shopping environment.

1. 1–2 years of experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.

1. Strong client service orientation and teamwork skills.
2. Ability to coach and guide team members effectively.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
5. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1–2 years in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.

$24.00 - $31.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
