1. Coordinate services and events to enhance the in-store experience.
2. Manage schedules for services, events, and team coverage.
3. Support team development through coaching and skill enhancement.
4. Deliver exceptional, personalized client service.
5. Execute daily operations, including inventory management and cash handling.
6. Maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with Sephora’s brand.

1. 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-focused service.
2. Passion for client service and team development.
3. Ability to coach and guide team members effectively.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
3. Quick learning capability with a strong grasp of product knowledge.
4. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1–2 years in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-focused service.

$19.50 - $25.05 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
