- Support all aspects of sales and service initiatives to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
- Coordinate paid services, events, and classes within the store.
- Implement and support loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
- Manage cash handling processes to ensure a smooth checkout experience.
- Train and educate store teams on service offerings and customer experience.
- Prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role.
- Passion for client service and teamwork.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

- Proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale systems.

Prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role.
$24.00 - $29.40 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
