- Coordinate services and events to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Manage schedules for services, events, and team coverage.
- Support team development by coaching team members to enhance service skills.
- Deliver personalized client experiences and contribute to achieving sales goals.
- Execute daily operations including inventory management, store standards, and cash handling.
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand guidelines.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
- Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.
- Passion for client service and teamwork.
- Ability to coach and guide store team members effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.
$24.00 - $31.00/hr, depending on qualifications and experience.
