1. Support all aspects of sales and service initiatives to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
2. Coordinate and manage paid services, events, and classes within the store.
3. Implement and support loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
4. Handle cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency during the checkout process.
5. Train and educate store teams on service offerings, customer experience, and other key areas.

1. Prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role.
2. Passion for client service and teamwork.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
5. Consistent and reliable attendance.

Prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role.

$19.50 - $25.05 per hour, with actual pay dependent on qualifications and experience.
