1. Create an exceptional customer experience by fostering a welcoming environment and focusing on client needs.
2. Support sales and service initiatives, including paid services, events, classes, and loyalty programs.
3. Coach Beauty Advisors on customer engagement and loyalty program opportunities.
4. Plan, execute, and staff events, services, and classes effectively.
5. Ensure the store is well-presented, stocked, and aligns with Sephora's standards.
6. Provide strategic product and service suggestions to enhance store success.
7. Train Beauty Advisors and support brand partners.
8. Contribute to achieving store sales goals and adhere to Sephora's policies and standards.
9. Participate in inventory control and loss prevention programs.

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within retail or service industries.
2. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate.
3. Technological proficiency and adaptability to systems.
4. Resilience and adaptability to changing priorities.
5. Strong organizational and planning skills.
6. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

1-3 years of experience in a similar role supporting sales, training, and client service, preferably in retail or service industries.

$16.50 - $23.27 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
