- Create an exceptional customer experience by fostering a welcoming environment and focusing on client needs.
- Support sales and service initiatives, including paid services, events, classes, and loyalty programs.
- Coach Beauty Advisors on customer engagement and loyalty program opportunities.
- Plan, execute, and staff events, services, and classes effectively.
- Ensure the store is well-presented, stocked, and aligns with Sephora's standards.
- Provide strategic product and service suggestions to enhance store success.
- Train Beauty Advisors and support brand partners.
- Contribute to achieving store sales goals and adhere to Sephora's policies and standards.
- Participate in inventory control and loss prevention programs.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within retail or service industries.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate.
- Technological proficiency and adaptability to systems.
- Resilience and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

1-3 years of experience in a similar role supporting sales, training, and client service, preferably in retail or service industries.
$16.50 - $23.27 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
