1. Support all aspects of sales and service initiatives to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
2. Coordinate paid services, events, and classes within the store.
3. Implement and support loyalty programs.
4. Manage cash handling to ensure a smooth checkout process.
5. Train store team members on service offerings and customer experience.

1. Prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role.
2. Passion for client service and teamwork.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
5. Consistent and reliable attendance.

Previous experience in a retail sales and service environment is required, ideally in a coordinator capacity.

$16.50 - $23.27 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
