Sephora Sales and Service Coordinator

- Coordinate services and events to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Manage schedules for services, events, and team coverage.
- Support team development by coaching team members to enhance service skills and promote loyalty programs.
- Deliver exceptional service and contribute to achieving sales goals.
- Execute daily operations including inventory management, store standards, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
- Assist with visual merchandising to maintain Sephora’s brand and promotional guidelines.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
- Uphold company policies to create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.
- Strong client service orientation and teamwork skills.
- Ability to coach and guide store team members effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
- Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.
$24.00 - $29.40/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including relevant qualifications and experience.
