Sephora Sales and Service Coordinator

- Coordinate services and events to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Manage schedules for services, events, and team coverage.
- Support team development by coaching team members to enhance service skills and promote loyalty programs.
- Deliver exceptional service by providing personalized client experiences and contributing to sales goals.
- Execute daily operations including inventory management, store standards, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain visual standards through visual merchandising to reflect Sephora’s brand and promotional guidelines.
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork to promote a culture of openness and empowerment.
- Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and creating a safe shopping experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.
- Passion for client service, teamwork, and supporting team development.
- Ability to coach and guide store team members effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.
$16.50 - $23.27/hr. Actual hourly pay depends on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
