Sephora Sales and Service Coordinator

- Support all aspects of sales and service initiatives to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
- Coordinate paid services, events, and classes within the store.
- Implement and support loyalty programs.
- Handle cash and ensure a smooth checkout process.
- Educate store teams on service offerings and customer experience.
- Prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role.
- Passion for client service and teamwork.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
Prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role.
$16.50 - $23.27 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
