1. Coordinate services and events to ensure seamless client experiences.
2. Manage schedules for services, events, and team coverage.
3. Assist in coaching team members to enhance service skills and promote loyalty programs.
4. Deliver personalized client experiences and contribute to sales goals.
5. Support inventory management, store standards, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
6. Assist with visual merchandising to reflect Sephora’s brand and promotional guidelines.
7. Promote a culture of openness and teamwork.
8. Uphold company policies to create a safe and enjoyable shopping environment.

1. 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.

1. Strong client service and teamwork orientation.
2. Ability to coach and guide team members effectively.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
5. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1–2 years in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.

$19.50 - $25.05 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and location.
