- Coordinate services and events to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Manage schedules for services, events, and team coverage.
- Support team development through coaching and promoting loyalty programs.
- Deliver exceptional service and personalized client experiences.
- Execute daily operations, including inventory management and cash handling.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with Sephora’s brand guidelines.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.

- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.
- Strong client service orientation and teamwork skills.
- Ability to coach and guide team members effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
1–2 years in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.
$19.50 - $25.05 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
