1. Support all aspects of sales and service initiatives to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
2. Coordinate paid services, events, and classes within the store.
3. Implement and support loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.
4. Manage cash handling procedures to ensure a smooth checkout process.
5. Train store team members on service offerings, customer experience, and other key areas.

1. Prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role.
2. Passion for client service and teamwork.
3. Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
4. Consistent and reliable attendance.
5. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Ability to multitask effectively.
3. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.

Prior experience in retail sales and service is required, preferably in a coordinator role.

$16.50 - $23.27 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
