1. Coordinate services and events to enhance the client experience.
2. Manage schedules for services, events, and team coverage.
3. Support team development through coaching and skill enhancement.
4. Deliver personalized client experiences to achieve sales goals.
5. Execute daily operations including inventory management and cash handling.
6. Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with Sephora’s brand.
7. Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
8. Ensure adherence to company policies to create a safe shopping environment.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused service environment.

1. Strong client service orientation.
2. Effective team coaching and development abilities.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
5. Quick learning ability for product knowledge.
6. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.

$21.75 - $28.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
