1. Coordinate services and events to ensure seamless client experiences.
2. Manage schedules for services, events, and team coverage.
3. Support team development by coaching team members to enhance service skills.
4. Promote loyalty programs and support brand initiatives.
5. Deliver exceptional service and provide personalized client experiences.
6. Execute daily operations including inventory management, store standards, and cash handling.
7. Assist with visual merchandising to maintain Sephora’s brand and promotional guidelines.
8. Foster inclusivity and teamwork to promote a culture of openness.
9. Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and creating a safe shopping environment.

1. 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.
2. Passion for client service, teamwork, and supporting team development.

1. Ability to coach and guide store team members effectively.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
4. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.

$21.00 - $25.73/hr, depending on qualifications and experience.
