- Support all aspects of sales and service initiatives to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
- Coordinate paid services, events, and classes within the store.
- Implement and support loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
- Handle cash transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process.
- Train store team members on service offerings and customer experience strategies.
- Prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role.
- Passion for client service and teamwork.
- Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
Previous experience in retail sales and service, ideally in a coordinator capacity.
$16.50 - $23.27 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
