1. Coordinate services and events to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Manage schedules for services, events, and team coverage.
3. Support team development by coaching team members to enhance service skills.
4. Deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences and contribute to sales goals.
5. Execute daily operations, including inventory management, store standards, and cash handling.
6. Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with Sephora’s brand and promotional guidelines.
7. Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
8. Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and creating a safe shopping environment.

1. 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.

1. Strong passion for client service and teamwork.
2. Ability to coach and guide store team members effectively.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
5. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.

$16.50 - $23.27 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
