1. Support all sales and service initiatives to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
2. Coordinate paid services, events, and classes within the store.
3. Implement and support loyalty programs.
4. Handle cash transactions, ensuring a smooth checkout process.
5. Train store team members on service offerings and customer experience.

1. Prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role.
2. Passion for client service and teamwork.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.

5. Consistent and reliable attendance.
6. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$19.50 - $25.05 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
