1. Support all aspects of sales and service initiatives to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
2. Coordinate paid services, events, and classes within the store.
3. Implement and support loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
4. Handle cash transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process.
5. Train and educate store team members on service offerings and customer experience.

1. Prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role.
2. Passion for client service and teamwork.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
