Sephora Sales and Service Coordinator

- Coordinate services and events to enhance the in-store experience.
- Manage schedules for services, events, and team coverage.
- Support team development through coaching and skill enhancement.
- Deliver exceptional service and contribute to sales goals.
- Execute daily operations including inventory management and cash handling.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with Sephora's brand guidelines.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
- Uphold company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping environment.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.
- Passion for client service and teamwork.
- Ability to coach and guide team members effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Strong client-first mindset.
- Effective team coordination and leadership.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in managing schedules and events.
- Ability to maintain high visual merchandising standards.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.
$16.00 - $23.10 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
