1. Coordinate services and events to enhance the client experience.
2. Manage schedules for services, events, and team coverage.
3. Assist in coaching team members to improve service skills and promote loyalty programs.
4. Deliver personalized client experiences to achieve sales goals.
5. Support inventory management, store standards, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
6. Assist with visual merchandising to maintain Sephora’s brand standards.
7. Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
8. Ensure adherence to company policies and create a safe shopping environment.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused service environment.

1. Strong client service orientation.
2. Ability to coach and guide team members effectively.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
5. Quick learner with the ability to share product knowledge.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.

$16.50 - $23.27 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
