Sephora Sales and Service Coordinator

1. Coordinate services and events to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Manage schedules for services, events, and team coverage.
3. Support team development by coaching team members to enhance service skills and promote loyalty programs.
4. Deliver exceptional service and personalized client experiences to achieve sales goals.
5. Execute daily operations including inventory management, store standards, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
6. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and promotional guidelines.
7. Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
8. Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for all.

1. 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.

1. Strong client-first mindset and passion for client service.
2. Ability to coach and guide store team members effectively.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
5. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.

$19.50 - $25.05 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
