Sephora Sales and Service Coordinator

- Coordinate and manage schedules for services and events to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Support team development by coaching team members to enhance service skills and promote loyalty programs.
- Deliver exceptional service through personalized client interactions and contribute to achieving sales goals.
- Execute daily operations including inventory management, store standards, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and promotional guidelines.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, ensuring a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for all clients.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.
- Strong client service orientation and ability to support team development.
- Effective coaching and guiding skills for store team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
- Quick learning ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.
$19.80 - $26.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
