1. Coordinate and manage schedules for services and events to ensure seamless client experiences.
2. Support team development by coaching team members to enhance service skills and promote loyalty programs.
3. Deliver exceptional service through personalized client interactions and contribute to achieving sales goals.
4. Execute daily operations including inventory management, store standards, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
5. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and promotional guidelines.
6. Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, ensuring a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for all clients.

1. 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.

1. Strong client service orientation and ability to support team development.
2. Effective coaching and guiding skills for store team members.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
5. Quick learning ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
6. Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.

$19.80 - $26.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
