1. Coordinate services and events to ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Manage schedules for services, events, and team coverage.
3. Assist in coaching team members to enhance service skills and promote loyalty programs.
4. Provide personalized client experiences and contribute to achieving sales goals.
5. Support inventory management, store standards, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
6. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure alignment with Sephora’s brand and promotional guidelines.
7. Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
8. Uphold company policies to create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

1. 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.

1. Strong client service orientation and teamwork skills.
2. Ability to coach and guide store team members effectively.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
5. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environment.

$16.50 - $23.27/hr, dependent on qualifications, experience, and location.
