- Coordinate services and events to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Manage schedules for services, events, and team coverage.
- Support team development through coaching and guidance.
- Deliver personalized client experiences to achieve sales goals.

- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused service environment.
- Passion for client service and team development.
- Ability to coach and guide team members effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client focus and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused service environment.
$16.50 - $23.27 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
