1. Coordinate services and events to ensure seamless client experiences.
2. Manage schedules for services, events, and team coverage.
3. Support team development through coaching and guidance.
4. Deliver personalized client experiences to achieve sales goals.
5. Execute daily operations including inventory management, store standards, and administrative tasks.
6. Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with Sephora’s brand guidelines.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused service environment.
2. Passion for client service and team development.
3. Ability to coach and guide team members effectively.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

1. Strong client focus and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
2. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
3. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused service environment.

$16.50 - $23.27 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
