Sephora Sales and Service Coordinator

- Support all aspects of sales and service initiatives to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
- Coordinate paid services, events, and classes to enhance customer engagement.
- Implement and support loyalty programs to drive customer retention.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently to ensure a smooth checkout process.
- Train store team members on service offerings, customer experience, and other key areas.
- Prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role.
- Passion for client service and teamwork.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to train and motivate team members.
- Flexibility to work during peak retail hours.
Previous experience in a retail sales and service environment, ideally in a coordinator capacity, is preferred.
$19.50 - $25.05 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
