Sephora Sales & Education Ambassador

- Track and analyze weekly and monthly sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance sales performance in stores.
- Cultivate strong relationships with store teams to expand opportunities for the Sephora Collection brand.
- Train and support store team leaders to enhance their confidence and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the training team to develop educational materials and conduct brand activities in stores.
- Communicate brand updates and product information through internal channels.
- Ensure optimal store displays and product presentation.
- Maintain stock levels and ensure the availability of testers and appealing displays.
- Monitor popular products to prevent stock shortages.
- Assist in launching new stores by setting up product displays and ensuring brand consistency.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing strategies to achieve KPIs.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail, beauty, or FMCG environment is highly desirable.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to upskill customers and retail teams on trends and product knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail, beauty, or FMCG sectors.
