Sephora Sales Advisor (Work‑Study / Apprenticeship)

1. Welcome clients, provide personalised beauty advice and recommend Sephora products and services to drive sales and satisfaction.
2. Build long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and aftercare to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
3. Contribute to daily sales targets by executing effective product demonstrations, cross‑selling and upselling.
4. Create a premium in‑store experience through attentive service, maintaining merchandising standards and participating in store activations.
5. Take part in promotional events, product launches and commercial challenges to support store performance.
6. Work collaboratively with the store team to ensure operational standards and a welcoming environment for customers.

1. Holder of a Baccalauréat, ideally with a specialisation in sales or aesthetics.
2. Candidate wishing to prepare a Bac+2 (or higher) qualification via an alternance (work‑study) programme.
3. Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for beauty and retail.
4. Team player with enthusiasm for learning and taking on commercial challenges.
5. Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.

Beginner — suitable for recent graduates or candidates at the start of their retail or beauty career. Prior retail or cosmetics experience is advantageous but not required.
