- Serve as a brand ambassador, welcoming and advising clients to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
- Drive sales by recommending Sephora products and services tailored to client needs.
- Create an enchanting and exceptional experience for clients, enhancing customer loyalty.
- Participate in store animations and commercial challenges with enthusiasm.
- Possession of a Baccalaureate specialized in sales and/or aesthetics.
- Desire to pursue a BAC+2 or BAC+3 level diploma.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Enthusiasm for taking on new challenges and achieving collective success.
No prior experience required, but a background in sales or aesthetics is beneficial.
