- Act as an ambassador for the Sephora brand, welcoming, advising, and retaining customers.
- Drive sales by recommending Sephora products and services tailored to customer needs.
- Create an exceptional and enchanting customer experience.
- Participate in store events and successfully meet sales challenges.
- Minimum of a Baccalaureate in sales and/or aesthetics.
- Desire to pursue a BAC+2 level qualification or higher.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to embrace new challenges and contribute to collective success.
No prior experience required, but a passion for beauty and sales is essential.
Baccalaureate in sales and/or aesthetics.
