- Act as an ambassador for Sephora, welcoming and advising clients with expertise.
- Drive sales by recommending Sephora products and services tailored to client needs.
- Create exceptional client experiences, ensuring moments of well-being and enchantment.
- Participate in store animations and excel in commercial challenges.
- Minimum of a Baccalaureate in sales and/or aesthetics.
- Desire to pursue a BAC+2 or higher level diploma.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Enthusiasm for taking on new challenges and achieving collective success.
No prior experience required, but a background in sales or aesthetics is beneficial.
Minimum of a Baccalaureate in sales and/or aesthetics.
