1. Welcome customers and deliver personalised advice on make-up, skincare and fragrance to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Recommend products and services tailored to client needs to achieve sales targets and maximise average basket value.
3. Create memorable in-store experiences that reflect Sephora’s brand standards of hospitality and beauty expertise.
4. Participate in merchandising, stock replenishment and visual presentation to maintain an inspiring retail environment.
5. Support and take part in promotional events, in-store activations and commercial challenges to boost footfall and conversion.
6. Contribute to client follow-up and retention initiatives (clienteling) and maintain accurate sales and CRM records.

1. Baccalauréat (high-school diploma) ideally in sales, cosmetics or aesthetics.
2. Eligible and motivated to undertake a work-study (alternance) programme preparing a Bac+2 or higher diploma.
3. Strong customer service orientation with an enthusiasm for beauty and retail.
4. Team player with a positive, resilient attitude and appetite for commercial targets.
5. Willingness to learn and complete Sephora training curriculum and in-store procedures.

Designed for entry-level candidates and beginners; prior retail experience is advantageous but not required. Suitable for candidates starting their career through an alternance/work-study programme.
