Sephora Sales Advisor (Apprenticeship)

1. Welcome clients, deliver personalised beauty advice and build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
2. Recommend Sephora products and services aligned with client needs, converting consultations into sales.
3. Deliver memorable, high-quality customer experiences that reflect the brand’s standards of service and hospitality.
4. Contribute to store commercial objectives by participating in promotions, in-store events and sales challenges.
5. Support day‑to‑day store operations including merchandising, stock replenishment and maintaining visual presentation.
6. Participate actively in the apprenticeship training pathway and apply new skills on the sales floor.

1. Baccalauréat focused on sales and/or aesthetics (or equivalent vocational qualification).
2. Eligible and motivated to enrol in a Bac+2 (or higher) diploma via an apprenticeship (alternance).
3. Strong client-service orientation and genuine interest in beauty products and trends.
4. Team player with a positive, resilient attitude and willingness to meet commercial targets.
