Sephora Sales Advisor (Apprenticeship)

- Welcome clients, assess needs and deliver personalised product and service recommendations that build loyalty.
- Drive sales and meet individual and store commercial objectives through cross-selling and upselling.
- Create memorable in-store experiences that reflect Sephora’s brand standards and customer service ethos.
- Participate in store activations, promotional events and commercial challenges to support traffic and conversion.
- Contribute to visual merchandising, stock replenishment and maintaining an orderly, brand-aligned sales floor.
- Follow the alternance training plan and apply learning on the sales floor to progress toward the qualifying diploma.
- Minimum: Baccalauréat (high-school diploma), preferably with a specialisation in sales or aesthetics.
- Eligible for and committed to an alternance (apprenticeship) program leading to a Bac+2 (or higher) qualification.
- Strong client service orientation with a genuine interest in beauty products and trends.
- Team-player mentality, motivated by collective success and able to work retail hours including evenings and weekends.

Beginner — no prior professional experience required. Previous retail or beauty experience is a plus but the role is designed for candidates beginning their career and completing vocational training through the alternance.
Baccalauréat (high-school diploma) minimum; candidate must be enrolled in or prepared to enrol in a Bac+2 (or equivalent) apprenticeship program in sales/beauty.
