Sephora Sales Advisor (Apprenticeship)

1. Welcome clients, assess needs and deliver personalised product and service recommendations that build loyalty.
2. Drive sales and meet individual and store commercial objectives through cross-selling and upselling.
3. Create memorable in-store experiences that reflect Sephora’s brand standards and customer service ethos.
4. Participate in store activations, promotional events and commercial challenges to support traffic and conversion.
5. Contribute to visual merchandising, stock replenishment and maintaining an orderly, brand-aligned sales floor.
6. Follow the alternance training plan and apply learning on the sales floor to progress toward the qualifying diploma.

1. Minimum: Baccalauréat (high-school diploma), preferably with a specialisation in sales or aesthetics.
2. Eligible for and committed to an alternance (apprenticeship) program leading to a Bac+2 (or higher) qualification.
3. Strong client service orientation with a genuine interest in beauty products and trends.
4. Team-player mentality, motivated by collective success and able to work retail hours including evenings and weekends.
5. Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Beginner — no prior professional experience required. Previous retail or beauty experience is a plus but the role is designed for candidates beginning their career and completing vocational training through the alternance.

Baccalauréat (high-school diploma) minimum; candidate must be enrolled in or prepared to enrol in a Bac+2 (or equivalent) apprenticeship program in sales/beauty.
