Sephora Sales Advisor (Apprenticeship)

1. Welcome customers, deliver personalised product advice and build long-term client relationships to maximise satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Create memorable in-store experiences by delivering expert demonstrations, beauty rituals and a high standard of visual merchandising.
4. Support and take part in store activations, promotions and commercial challenges to drive traffic and sales.
5. Complete the apprenticeship training curriculum, applying theoretical learning to daily customer-facing responsibilities.

1. Minimum baccalauréat (preferably in sales or esthetics/beauty) and eligibility for a Contrat d'alternance to prepare a Bac+2 (or higher) diploma.
2. Strong service orientation with a commitment to client satisfaction and commercial results.

4. Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
