Sephora Sales Advisor (Apprenticeship)

1. Welcome customers and deliver high-quality, personalized beauty consultations to build loyalty and drive sales.
2. Recommend and demonstrate Sephora products and services tailored to client needs, actively upselling where appropriate.
3. Contribute to store performance by participating in commercial animations, promotional campaigns and sales challenges.
4. Support day-to-day store operations including merchandising, stock replenishment, visual presentation and basic till procedures.
5. Follow the formal alternance training pathway, apply learned techniques on the sales floor and share knowledge with the team.

1. Baccalauréat (high-school diploma) with a specialization in sales and/or aesthetics, minimum.
2. Candidate must be preparing or willing to enroll in a Bac+2 (or equivalent) program via an alternance/apprenticeship contract.
3. Strong customer service orientation with a collaborative, team-focused attitude.
4. Motivated by commercial targets and comfortable working in a dynamic retail environment.

Entry-level: no prior professional experience required. Previous retail or beauty-sector experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Baccalauréat (high-school diploma) minimum; enrollment in or intention to undertake a Bac+2 alternating/apprenticeship program (e.g., BTS) is required.
