Sephora Sales Advisor (Apprenticeship)

1. Welcome customers, assess needs and deliver personalised product and service recommendations to drive sales and build loyalty.
2. Execute Sephora sales techniques and merchandising standards to create an elevated in-store customer experience.
3. Participate in brand activations, store events and commercial challenges to achieve store targets.
4. Follow the apprenticeship training programme, assimilate product knowledge and apply learnings on the sales floor.
5. Support day-to-day store operations including stock replenishment, basic inventory tasks and point-of-sale transactions.

1. Baccalauréat (vocational) in sales or aesthetics, or equivalent secondary qualification.
2. Enrolment in a Bac+2 (or higher) programme delivered via alternance/apprenticeship is required.
3. Strong client-service orientation, team spirit and a desire to learn and progress in retail beauty.

Entry-level — no prior professional experience required. Suitable for candidates beginning their career or currently enrolled in a vocational higher-education programme via alternance.
