- Welcome customers and deliver personalised beauty advice to build satisfaction and loyalty.

- Participate in promotional events, in‑store activations and commercial challenges to meet targets.
- Maintain merchandising standards, product presentation and stock replenishment on the sales floor.
- Record client interactions and follow up to build a long-term client portfolio (clienteling).
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure service consistency and a high-energy store environment.
- Follow the apprenticeship training plan and apply learned techniques to daily retail operations.
- Baccalauréat (vocational) in sales and/or aesthetics or equivalent secondary‑school diploma.
- Enrolment in a work‑study/apprenticeship programme preparing for a Bac+2 (or higher) qualification.
- Strong customer-service orientation and genuine interest in beauty products and trends.
- Ability to work retail hours and participate in store rotations, promotions and events.
