1. Welcome customers and deliver personalised beauty advice to build satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Recommend Sephora products and services aligned with clients' needs to drive sales and basket value.
3. Create an engaging, memorable in‑store experience emphasizing beauty discovery and wellbeing.
4. Participate in promotional events, in‑store activations and commercial challenges to meet targets.
5. Maintain merchandising standards, product presentation and stock replenishment on the sales floor.
6. Record client interactions and follow up to build a long-term client portfolio (clienteling).
7. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure service consistency and a high-energy store environment.
8. Follow the apprenticeship training plan and apply learned techniques to daily retail operations.

1. Baccalauréat (vocational) in sales and/or aesthetics or equivalent secondary‑school diploma.
2. Enrolment in a work‑study/apprenticeship programme preparing for a Bac+2 (or higher) qualification.
3. Strong customer-service orientation and genuine interest in beauty products and trends.
4. Ability to work retail hours and participate in store rotations, promotions and events.
5. Motivated, team‑minded and resilient with a desire to learn and progress in retail.
