Sephora Sales Advisor (Apprenticeship)

1. Follow a structured alternance training programme to acquire retail and product expertise while completing a Bac+2 level qualification.
2. Welcome customers, assess their needs and provide personalised beauty advice across make‑up, skincare and fragrance ranges.
3. Drive sales and customer loyalty by recommending products and services, demonstrating product application and promoting in‑store services.
4. Deliver an exceptional, sensory customer experience that reflects Sephora’s brand standards and store presentation guidelines.
5. Participate in store events, promotional activations and commercial challenges to support traffic conversion and sales targets.
6. Support daily store operations including merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory control and accurate cash handling.
7. Maintain visual merchandising and hygiene standards to ensure an inspiring and compliant retail environment.

1. Minimum secondary‑school diploma (Baccalauréat), ideally in sales or aesthetics; candidate must be eligible to enrol in a Bac+2 apprenticeship programme.
2. Strong customer‑service orientation with genuine interest in beauty and personal care products.
3. Team player with positive energy, resilience and a desire to learn and progress within retail.
4. Good communication skills and willingness to follow structured training and brand procedures.
