1. Manage the commercial activity of a designated department (Fragrance, Skincare, Makeup, Cashier, Operations) in collaboration with a store supervisor.
2. Organize and plan team activities to drive growth in line with the commercial and human development plan.
3. Support the commercial project of the department by offering strategic suggestions.
4. Motivate and guide sales advisors to achieve shared objectives, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) minimum, with plans to pursue a master's in management through an apprenticeship.
