- Drive sales by recommending Sephora products and services tailored to customer needs.
- Create an enchanting and exceptional experience for customers, fostering loyalty.
- Participate in store animations and commercial challenges with enthusiasm.
- Minimum of a Baccalaureate in sales and/or aesthetics.
- Desire to pursue a BAC+2 level diploma or higher.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to embrace new challenges and contribute to collective success.
No specific experience required, but a background in sales or aesthetics is beneficial.
Baccalaureate in sales and/or aesthetics.
