Sephora Sales Administrator

1. Ensure effective information flow between headquarters, countries, suppliers, brands, and the supply chain on all logistical aspects of merchandising.
2. Launch and compile country orders for merchandising furniture and supplies, ensuring on-time in-full (OTIF) deliveries.
3. Manage purchase requests and invoicing processes.
4. Facilitate communication between countries and suppliers for store data updates.
5. Coordinate after-sales service for furniture between suppliers and countries.
6. Support the merchandising team in monitoring store execution and compiling feedback for action analysis.
7. Manage and develop the merchandising tool, including the ordering platform, store database, forecast, and order tool.
8. Train key users at headquarters and in countries on the ordering platform, collecting development needs and coordinating with the IT department.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher

1. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
2. Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and databases.
4. Fluent in English.

Experience in sales administration is required.
