- Ensure effective communication and information flow between headquarters, countries, suppliers, brands, and the supply chain regarding all logistical aspects of merchandising.
- Coordinate and compile country orders for merchandising furniture and supplies, ensuring on-time and in-full (OTIF) deliveries.
- Manage purchase requests and invoicing processes.
- Serve as the liaison between countries and suppliers for store data updates and furniture after-sales service.
- Support the Merchandising team in monitoring store execution and compiling feedback for action analysis.
- Administer and develop the Merchandising tool, including the Store Database, Forecast, and Order Tool.
- Train key users at headquarters and in countries on the ordering platform, and coordinate development needs with the IT department.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP).
- Fluent in English.
Experience in sales administration is required.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
